Time to go on a Wolf Hunt, Frank.

Question: Since when is the most trusted Ghost Recon Ally a major threat to the whole world? Answer: When he’s the leader of a group of Ex-Ghosts called The Wolves who has taken over a top secret archipelago in Ubisoft’s upcoming video game, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: BreakPoint set to be released on October 4th for PlayStation, XBox, and PC. The game is set on Aurora, a fictional series of islands located somewhere in the Pacific where Skell Technology has set up their operations and created a series of special drone robots with artificial intelligence capable of unleashing loads of fear and terrorism throughout the world if fallen into the wrong hands.

Cole D. Walker: Ghost turned Wolf.

The Wolves are lead by Cole D. Walker (played by Jon Bernthal aka The Punisher), an ally turned enemy who broke away from the Ghost Recon team to form a group of renegades of his own. He and his Wolves have taken over Aurora and is holding Skell’s scientists and researchers hostage. The Ghosts are sent to rescue the hostages and stop the Wolves from using Skell Technology for their evil purposes. But there is one problem: The Wolves, especially Walker, have the very same skills, training, and tactics the Ghosts have. They have no problems using them against the Ghosts themselves. This makes rescuing mission easier said than done.

Walker does looks familiar…

But what if The Punisher ends up appearing in this game and decides to make things easier for the Ghosts to fulfill their missions? What if Frank decides to play the Ghost Recon game at Curtis’ trailer hideaway in the junkyard, only to fall asleep after playing it for many hours and dream that he finds himself in the game, going out on a Wolf Hunt leaving a lot of bodies and destroyed robotic drones and vehicles in his wake? What if, after many days, Frank was able to reach the enemy leader and managed to kill him after a heated battle? Wounded, yet still in one piece, Frank comes over and takes off the mask. A highly shocked expression appears on Frank’s face when he saw that the main villain bears a striking resemblance to the man who killed his family on that fateful day in Central Park; he’s none other than Frank Castle, himself (or so he sees in his dream).

Now that would be a total nightmare for Frank to wake up from in his safehouse getaway.
