Charlie Cox and Elodie Yung were great performers as Daredevil and Elektra in Season 2 of Daredevil, indeed. But Jon Bernthal's performance as The Punisher stole the show completely! Jon's performance have greatly impressed everyone (including me) with the emotional graveyard scene, the epic courtroom entrance, and the most epic prison fight scene ever shown in the season. This have lead Marvel\/Netflix to make plans to create a solo Punisher series starring Jon Bernthal as The Punisher himself. This show will premiere on Netflix sometime later this year.\nThis also have inspired me (and others, too) to send this special request to Jeph Loeb and the people behind Marvel\/Netflix. Mr. Loeb, we would love to request the release of Daredevil: Special Punisher Cut Version! You got that one right. Daredevil: Special Punisher Cut Version made up of only professionally edited scenes that focus only on The Punisher and his conflict with Daredevil.\nNothing else. No Hand (except at the very end where the Matt vs. The Hand battle scene gets redone to show Frank using his fully automatic weapon to destroy the ninjas), no Elektra, no solo Daredevil, no non-Punisher scenes. Nothing. Just all out war between Matt and Frank over how crime should be fought as well as all of the scenes where Frank engages in war to destroy all those who murdered his family, including Ray Schoonover (aka The Blacksmith), Frank's former colonel who confessed that he ordered Frank and his family to be killed because he didn't want them to interfere with his secret drug smuggling operation he was operating while fighting in the Afghan War. Frank killed him using the "one shot, one kill" move that Ray taught him while serving in the war.\nHave the version include all of the epic exchange between a chained up Matt and Frank, the torture and interrogation of Frank at the hands of The Kitchen Irish Gang, the graveyard, courtroom, and prison fight scenes. Frank lounging and conversing with Karen Page in the diner scene along with their escape from an unknown gunman, Frank's favorite 70s' song "Shining Star" from Earth, Wind and Fire. Frank battling and killing The Blacksmith along with the destruction of his yacht.\nAnd last, but not least, the epic unveiling of the iconic skull emblem as Punisher leaves his house one last time. How about redoing that one scene where Matt battles The Hand by himself and gets help from Frank who uses his 60 to mow down the ninjas, helping Matt defeat The Hand before going out to look for someone by the name of Micro.\nWe would've never made such a request to Mr. Loeb for the special Punisher Cut version of Daredevil Season 2 if it weren't for Jon's star-studded performance on the show. Jon fully deserves an Emmy, Peabody, and Golden Globe awards for his awesome acting job. I hope Mr. Loeb can do this. For this request is brought to him by popular demand. Please, Mr. Loeb. Give us Special Punisher Cut Version of Daredevil!
