After all they did to make Daredevil and the other shows amazing!

First, it’s Iron Fist. Then it’s Luke Cage. Now it’s Daredevil who will be canceled. That leaves Jessica Jones and Punisher the only shows left on Netflix. After all the pleadings for Marvel/Netflix to keep Daredevil and Punisher on the air!!!

I’m deeply downhearted by all these cancelations. After all the incredible performances, the awesome actors and actresses, the epic battle scenes including the ultra-epic one take, 11-minute prison fight scene! Heck! The introduction to the beloved definitive Punisher, himself Jon Bernthal, even! Every effort made to create such an amazing show all shot down the tubes thanks to those despicable people behind Marvel/Netflix and Disney who wanted to get rid of all their shows they made for Netflix and transfer to their own stupid streaming channel Disney+!

Plans for Season 4 are all going to waste! Talented acting performances all going to pot. No wonder why thousands of Daredevil fans is P***** off at Marvel/Netflix and is demanding Marvel/ Disney to reinstate Daredevil and renew the show for Season 4 as I speak! Sure Luke Cage and Iron Fist were both lukewarm shows in Season 1 but has made some major improvements in Season 2 of both their shows. Surely they both deserve another chance. All Marvel/Netflix shows deserve better things than go the way of The Inhumans show and get tossed down the Memory Hole of TV shows.

I wholeheartedly agree with Comic Book Resources when they posted an article that says Marvel/Netflix has made a huge mistake canceling Daredevil. And they’re absolutely right. Marvel/Netflix made a huge mistake canceling an amazing show and put all the creators, producers, directors, and the actors’ efforts to waste. I don’t care what some online surveys claim about the people’s interest in the shows. No one has to allow the interest surveys to dictate what shows can air on TV or not.

For the love of Stan Lee, can’t Marvel/Disney transfer all of the Marvel/Netflix shows to different networks such as AMC, ABC, FX, and HBO without ever canceling them?

Why does The Punisher play the harp?

It’s easy to imagine The Punisher shooting up criminal hideouts and blowing off the heads of thugs and mob bosses as the ultimate punishment for their crimes. But it’s hard to imagine (and believe) that there is also very gentle side to The Punisher no one knows about except for The Defenders (Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist), Microchip (aka David Linus Liberman), and Spider-man (aka Peter Parker) who actually saw and became amazed at him doing something no one has ever thought he could do with his violent hands– play the harp. A gentle stringed musical instrument no one could ever believe that The Punisher would have such talent and ability to use his otherwise destructive hands to gently and tenderly pluck and caress its strings.

Indeed, it’s very hard to imagine and believe that the Punisher’s violent hands that brake bones, strangle necks, and punch out guts are the very same hands that softly and tenderly pluck, caress, and gracefully sweep across the strings of the harp.

Why does he do it, you asked? Because Frank is doing this in memory of his family whom he communes with through songs, poems, and prayers as he gracefully wave his battle-scarred arms and hands across the strings to fill his private family shrine with harp music that moves The Punisher to joyful tears.

Where did the Idea of The Punisher and his Harp come from?

It’s a concept I, Sherry Konkus made up myself. It combines my new found obsession with The Punisher that I had since 2014 and my life long love for the harp. It is the very best concept I ever made. This is my version of The Punisher from Marvel Comics who is portrayed by me as the punishing harpist who plays the harp in memory of his late family who got killed by a criminal mob years ago and whenever he needs a break from waging a one man war against organized crime.

The Punisher was created by Gerry Conway with the help of artists John Romita, Sr. and Ross Andru. His name coined by Stan Lee. The Punisher is owned and trademarked by MARVEL.

The idea, concept, and inspiration behind The Punisher’s portrayal as The Punishing Harpist who plays the harp in memory of his family is in fact my own. Sweetest. Idea. Ever.
